Story

During a home match last season at Fulham Football Club, Paul Alan Parish tragically suffered a cardiac arrest and sadly passed away. From this tragedy, his daughter Clare set-up the Paul Alan Project to raise awareness for early defibrillation and resuscitation. The aim of the Paul Alan Project is to bring the Heart to the forefront of every community and offer life saving education to everyone, so that the tragic events of that day are learned from and we can all feel empowered to respond in an emergency.

I’ll be running the Parks Half Marathon 2022 to help raise awareness for the Paul Alan Project.
