I've raised £200 to Help fund The Red Box Project - Central Bedfordshire

The Red Box Project quietly ensures that no young woman misses school because she has her period, working as a nationwide community of women and seeking to provide free sanitary items for young women in local schools.
I have recently become a coordinator for 'The Red Box Project - Central Bedfordshire'. We need donations and funds to enable the continuation of the project and help us purchase the red boxes and additional products such as knickers that can be used as donation points/taken into schools as well as sanitary products/knickers/packaging.
Despite being one of the wealthiest countries in the world, a charity survey has found that 1 in 10 girls or women aged 14 to 21 cannot afford sanitary towels or tampons. The Red Box Project will ensure that when girls are in need of products, but don't have easy access to it at home (for whatever reason), rather than miss school, they can go to a trusted member of staff at school and take whatever they need to get through their period from the red box.
