Story

Your support means the world to us.

We have successfully raised over £2,000 for our lunch this year from independent donors. Huge thank you to the Cranleigh Lions and District Club, Cranleigh Local Parish Council, Liz Westaway (Memory Lane), From Vivi's Kitchen (Professional Catering Services) and all the generous donations from local shops and organisations to provide food, transport, and entertainment to our guests on Christmas Day. We currently are expecting at least 50 people on the day, this year.

Huge appreciation to all those who continue to contribute towards our big day and that includes our wonderful volunteers!

Blessings to you all this Christmas and wishing everyone a fantastic New Year!

Natasha

........................................

As a team of local collaborators and community groups within our rural village, we are on a mission.

Now, more than ever, we have a collective duty to help vulnerable members in our local communities.

This winter the weather has been forecast as bleak, and for those without central heating or cooking facilities, every contribution you make can create a positive change in the lives of many.

A warm meal.

A Christmas present.

A day spent with social company, joy, and laughter.

We hope that in the spirit of Christmas, we may be able to overcome the social and financial challenges some people are facing by uniting our community forces and resources; and demonstrating our compassion and solidarity with our fellow neighbours.

Please check out our social media from last year to see how far your donations may go, however large or small:

Warmest wishes,

Natasha Victor (Director of The Social Heritage Project)
