Sonia Marsh passed away on 22nd September 2013 after suffering a stroke; she had APS (Sticky Blood) and Lupus – she was 50 when we lost her.

​In 2021, Sonia’s husband, two sons and two daughters-in-law set up The Sonia Marsh Trust in her memory.

The Sonia Marsh Trust is a small fund that aims to raise money to assist good causes – primarily those dealing with Lupus or Lupus-related medical issues. It was founded by Sonia Marsh’s family in memory of Sonia.

​​Sonia was at her happiest spending time with her family, and she was very proud when her first granddaughter was born in 2012; she would be very pleased to know that she now has three more grandchildren.

Sonia was a generous person who supported many charities - we thought it fitting that a Fund was created in her name to raise money to assist with medical research into the causes of Lupus-related conditions, particularly APS.
