The Tea Trolley is an Afternoon Tea Delivery Service, bringing delicious food and gorgeous decorations to you, in your home. A traditional British past time, the Afternoon Tea has seen a resurgence in popularity over the last 10 years.
But for those of us that have mobility concerns or social anxieties that stop us from readily leaving the house, this can mean missing out on a lovely afternoon treat. The Tea Trolley, brings the full Afternoon Tea experience, from scones to cakes, vintage crockery and so much more, all to be enjoyed in the security and comfort of your own home!
Our bespoke befriending package enables everyone to enjoy an afternoon of good food and conversation.
Perhaps you have a grandparent or parent whom you cannot easily visit due to work or distance issues? With our befriending service, your loved one can enjoy the full experience, with the company of our staff, who are DBS checked. Ideal for birthday celebrations, or a special treat to a loved one you cannot visit. We also offer a Skype call package, where we will serve afternoon tea and set up and enable a Skype session with your family.
But...
We need a little help from our friends in order to get this Trolley out and about! We need you to help us make this happen! With stock ready and waiting to go, staff having been insured and DBS checked, and equipment purchased, we need you to help push past that finish line. In order to provide a truely safe and hygienic environment for all food preparation, The Tea Trolley head quarters (my kitchen!) is in need of a little revamp, with additional fridges and freezers and a further sink to be in place. Any pennies you are able to donate, will go directly to the cost of installation, plumbing and compliance of the kitchen space.
So we're buying you a new kitchen?!
No! I have a lovely kitchen, but it is just a little too small! This page is to raise funds for the additional fridge and freezer, hand basin, counter space and plumbing to be used for The Tea Trolley only (no Adam's allowed!).
