I've raised £1600 to help fund our 300 mile ride from London - Paris, 12th - 15th September 2018

300 miles, 3 ladies, 3 bikes, 3 charities
We're not what you would call professionals but we have almighty willpower, or perhaps we've drunk a little too much prosecco of late and the words 'bucket' and 'list' seem to feature in conversations. That's just us Karen, Leah and Pauline.
Anyway, we're pretty novice when it comes to cycling, we've watched our friends and husbands take on a number of cycling/athletic challenges and never had much desire to put ourselves through it until now... we're still convinced its the prosecco talking!
We've already raised a good amount for our charities by holding a ball in February. It was amazing and completely surpassed our expectations. Everyone was so generous And we were wonderfully supported! We are still running a number of smaller initiatives to raise some much needed funds for our chosen charities but for our entry into the ride instead of buying a 'package' we're doing things a little different. We've decided that we want to take control over the funds we raise and the cost of doing the ride itself instead of having a minimum fundraising amount where we lose sight of the amounts divided between the cost of the event and the money that makes its way to making a difference for our charities.
This is why we need your help, any contribution that you wish to make regardless how small will be absolutely welcome.
The charities we've chosen to support have close personal connections with each of us, they include:
F.E.A.T - Fiona Elizabeth Agnew Trust (STOP Sepsis Now)
Diabetes UK
Awyr Las - Special Care Baby Unit (Ysbyty Glan Clwyd)
