I'm raising £500 to support St John’s Hospice and HYPE Merseyside, two causes that have had a real and lasting impact on my life and community.

Organised by William Probbing

Story

On 14th June at 10:30am, I’ll be taking on the Wirral Way – but not in the usual way.

I’ll be walking the full route in wrestling gear as part of “The Wirral Way Main Event” to raise money for two causes that mean a lot to me.

💙 St John’s Hospice

This is personal to me. St John’s Hospice provided incredible palliative care for my mum during her battle with cancer. The support they gave her – and us as a family – meant everything.

💛 HYPE Merseyside

Through my work, I’ve seen firsthand the positive impact HYPE has on young people and the local community. The work they do genuinely changes lives.

This walk is my way of giving something back.

I’ll be setting off from Hooton Station in Ellesmere Port and finishing at West Kirby, and I’ll be sharing my live location so people can follow along or even join me for part of the walk and “tag in” ✋

All money raised will be split equally between St John’s Hospice and HYPE Merseyside.

Thank you to anyone who donates, supports, or even just shares this—it genuinely means a lot 💜
