The Wynn Foundation

We have started this foundation with aim to help boxers that have suffered brain injuries and need help in getting their quality of life back.

We have been inspired by a very close friend of ours Charlie Wynn, who 6 years ago suffered a catastrophic brain injury during a regular sparring session. After being in many different hospitals and specialist centres for all of this time he is now at home and needs so much more help as he enters the biggest fight of his life. “ i will walk again “ Charlies words our mission.

Our first mission is to raise enough to fund some more specialist therapies he needs to activate his legs and then get him into a skeleton walking machine.

As you can imagine everything is so expensive when dealing with a disability from the carers that come into help charlie on a day to day basis. His mum and dad doing as much as they can. The funding they get only does so far.

Charlie is determined to walk again and as friends we can hopefully all come together and make it possible.

We are organising some fun stuff this year to get involved in yourselves

Starting now

“TRAIN STATION RUN “

Next Sunday the 28th @6am at Sidcup station

We start the run club to raise money for Charlie Wynn and The Wynn Foundation

We run past every station from Sidcup to Charing Cross. It designed so you can just finish your run at any of the station on route and get the train home. All depends on your fitness level. But if it’s the first or last station you took part and helped out with our greatly cause.

It’s £10 to join us and all money will go to Charlie’s physio therapy to improve his life.
