My Dad was in Ward 13 for a few months before he passed away and during this time both Dad and the family got to know the staff fairly well - they were all great and even got used to is his sense of humour.

So I'm going to be paying a little back by running the 10K in September to raise some funds to allow the staff in Ward 13 to continue to help patients
