Walking Hadrian’s Wall on the 14th June 2025, in Memory of My Sister, Sarah

In August 2023, our families world changed forever when we lost my amazing sister, Sarah, suddenly and far too soon. Sarah was a bright light, a compassionate soul, and someone who made a lasting impact on everyone she met.

Over the past year, I’ve watched with admiration and gratitude as people have come together to raise money in her name. Their efforts have helped build something incredibly meaningful: The Sarah Jackson Community Wish, a fund we have created to honour Sarah’s legacy by supporting the community she loved - Otley.

Now, it’s my turn.

I will be walking the entire 70 miles of Hadrian’s Wall in just 26 hours.

Over the past couple of years, I’ve found walking has had a real impact in helping process and reflect on where life has taken me. So it feels only fitting that I take on this journey in Sarah’s memory.

This walk is for her. It’s also for the community causes she cared so much about. All donations will go directly to The Sarah Jackson Community Wish, helping to fund local initiatives and continue to shine Sarah's light across the Community.
