I have decided to run in the Brighton marathon on the 19th of April 2020 for my chosen charity Mind. This charity is very close to mine and my families heart for many reasons.

In 1998 I lost a very close good friend who I had grown up with his name was John Flemming.

In 2004 I sadly lost my brother. This had devastating effects on my family and still does to this day.

In 2019 a close family friend George Waugh and friend Karl Rafferty both died suddenly.

This is very personal for me and I hope that by running marathon I can raise more awareness for mental health charity Mind.
