I'm cycling from London to Paris in July 2018 with an event organised by my work, npower. I've already raised £400 for Macmillan, any additional funds I'd like to go towards the hospital in North Wales, Ysbyty Glan Clwyd who have looked after my family over the last few years.

My wife Steph and I sadly lost our daughter, Jessica, who was born prematurely in February 2015 when my wife was taken seriously ill. The care in an extremely difficult time was superb. We have since had another baby, Rory, in April 2018 who was delivered at the same hospital. The support we received throughout the pregnancy, birth and post-natal was full of compassion and understanding.

Please help us say a little thank you to them for all they have done for us.
