🌟 Join us for the "Run for Cass" Walk and Run Event! 🌟
🕘 Time: 9:00AM
🗓️ Date: Sunday 3rd March, 2024
📍 Location: La Frégate
Join us at the "Run for Cass" event, where we'll walk or run from La Frigate to St Aubin’s and back. Together, we'll not only cherish the memory of Cassie but also raise awareness about suicide prevention. Bring your friends and family, and let's make a positive impact together!
🌼 Wear Yellow for Suicide Awareness:
To honour Cass and show our dedication to suicide awareness, we encourage all participants to wear yellow during the event. Let's make a powerful statement and collectively show our support for mental health.
If you can't make it to the event but still want to join in, why not plan your own walk wearing yellow? Every step you take matters, and when we come together, we can truly make a positive impact.
