For anyone who doesn't know me, I am currently receiving treatment for prostate and bone cancer. Having recently started my Chemotherapy treatment I noticed that my hair was beginning to fall out, so rather than waiting on the inevitable I chose to beat it to the punch by doing a sponsored hair shave.

As an Airdrieonians F.C. fan I am also a member of the Supporters Trust, who for a number of years now have been working with local charities, organisations and community projects. So I have decided to donate the money raised to the Trust who I will work with to discuss which charities and projects will receive a share of the final donations.

I have already received some fantastic donations and if anyone else wishes to donate I would be extremely grateful. Thank you all for the support.
