Story

We're raising £8,000 or more :) to help Thorverton Cricket Club built their new pavilion and also raise money for Thorverton Primary school's ongoing development. Half will go to each cause.

To put it into perspective on what your donations are going to and their value to us and the community, the school currently needs £15,000 for new play equipment as all of the old stuff has been condemned and also the estimated cost for the new cricket pavilion is a staggering £500k!! So all donations are of huge value to us and the community!!

On 24th April 2026 a team of people from Thorverton and the surrounding area will be doing an Olympic distance Triathlon in the local area. 1.5km (60 lengths) of Crediton Lords Meadow pool, 40km on our bikes with a transition at Thorverton Cricket Club followed by a 10km run finishing again at the Cricket club!

Team so far - Adam Fisher, Matt Regan, Candice Regan, Annabel Hawkes, Cate Stephens, Nic Fice, Joe Reed, Katie Greet, John Harvey, Katherine Smith, Keeley Slaviero, Sureka Khan, Toby Giles, Myles Clough, Alex Jopling, Kathryn Isaac, Kerrie and Sophie Hawkes, Lisa Price, Matt Souch, Caitlin, Lara Folland, Rob Flatt and Tash Carbines!
