Story
THREE CAUSES, THREE PEAKS, THREE WEEKS
Along with my friends I'll be completing the national three peaks via longer/ more difficult routes. I'm very grateful to those who have offered to lead!
All three causes are important to me for different reasons and all are based and support people of different ages/ (dis)abilities/ needs in LANCASHIRE. Rather than choose one of these and do multiple events I've decided to combine them. Charity and fundraising work shouldn't be about competition. Its about community. There are others I could have chosen but I have decided to combine these LOCAL charities under the theme of 'health and wellbeing'.
Of course, its also a personal challenge given I'm autoimmune and a few years ago couldn't have ever imagined doing this. I want to see if I can actually complete it and raise funds for people and causes that are important to me.
