It's that time of year again when we start to do some fundraising in order to cover the large overheads we face in the daily running of THRIVE. We get hid bad when the nice weather appears and it always sees us having to close temporarily.

We are constantly striving to add to our wee space and provide a safe and nurturing environment for your littles to explore. As well as making new additions to the space, we have huge overheads in terms of rent, gas, electric, water, wifi, staff & all the usual stock. On an average month we can cover these however, last month we didn't even make enough for our basic running costs.

It always brings us back to the question 'Is this wee space sustainable?'. To lose it would be a huge loss personally with the amount of work we have put in but also a huge loss to the families/carers/groups that use the space. We have very little in the area for the little ones and with limited funding opportunities- it does come down to how much it's being used daily.

We have a few fundraising activities coming up- and we will leave this open for online donations. If we can make enough to at least cover two months rent- we can keep pushing through.

With the support of our community- we continue to provide a space for your wee ones to enjoy. This isnt a large company but we have large goals and dreams.
