Radical Recruit bridges the gap between disadvantaged job seekers and inclusive employers, providing tailored coaching, training, and support to help people secure and sustain meaningful work. Their work doesn’t just change lives, it changes the system.

As a company, we’re taking on the London South Tough Mudder to raise funds for Radical Recruit. Together, we're committed to making a meaningful impact and would love your support!

An intense, 15km obstacle course, pushing ourselves to the limit to face challenges such as 15ft mud-soaked walls, 40ft A-frames, underwater tunnels and more. This is our 2nd challenge of the year after previously conquering the London Bridges Walk, as we continue to raise funds for the brilliant Radical Recruit.

Altogether we’re aiming to raise £5,000 to support Radical in continuing the life-changing work they do every day. Your donation, big or small, will directly help individuals access opportunities they might otherwise be excluded from.
