Tideswell & District Community Land Trust (CLT) is a democratic, non-profit organisation that owns and develops land for the community's benefit.

CLTs protect things like affordable homes, community gardens, civic buildings, pubs, shops, shared workspace, energy schemes and conservation landscapes, often by taking control of the land on which they are built. We are setting one up for Tideswell, Litton and Wheston.
