So when I was 13 /14 I was sent to see someone to find out what I was suffering from. CAHMS were the first team then I was supported by the ABS team. I'm now wanting to raise money for the mental health foundation. i suffer from bipolar disorder 2 which to me was life changing, without this diagnosis I do not know where I would be today. this is why it is important to raise money and awareness to help charities who support mental illness. no one realises just how serious it is until the worst happens to a person and it's wrong. having a mental illness physically and mentally tears you down which is why people need as much support as they can, so I want to raise money for this charity.
