So just back from seeing the vet for Tigs check up, I have been given specialist runny food for her to eat but still have to tube feed her also.Her jaw isn't closing and her tongue is still hanging out, if she is still like that in 6 weeks time then she will need the specialist surgery which costs £4k to £5k. She now has to wear a cone as she has been scratching under her chin where the jaw wires are and making it bleed. They have taught me how to clean her wound on her neck where the feed tube goes in and how to redress daily

Omg omg Tig is eating wet cat food in gravy mashed up with water in it 😁😁😁 this is the first time she has been able to eat. I'm crying so hard right now I still have to tube feed her until she eats a proper amount but it's a start and means she is progressing
