Weʼve raised £1,500 to donate to a charity in the name of our friend, advisor and all round great guy tim rayner ( traxcavator) of rayner plant. highly respected

Story
in memory of tim rayner. a much respected member of the ceforum who always took the time to help and advise anyone who was in need. a plant man through and through his knowledge was never ending and impressive to say the least. he has left corinna his partner and georgina (pip) his 8yr old daughter. born 19/3/61 and passed 13/10/16.
the family will be donating to the cancer unit at john radcliffe.
his funeral is to be held at bracknell crematorium 2:15 tuesday 8th,
and a wake at birdshill golf center, drift road, maindenhead, sl6 3st. 3ish.

i think even tim would be blown away from the generosity of so many who knew him! we started out trying to raise £500 initially, now £1500 is the new goal. well done everyone

weve raised the figure to £10000 thanks to such a big surge this evening that helped us smash the £500 target that we never hoped to reach. a heartfelt thank you to each and every person who has donated so far. what a tribute to Tim! incredible

tims family have asked that we see tim go with a bang so all are wlcome to attend his funeral and/or wake, details are on this page. the funds raised will go to the john radcliffe cancer unit in oxford where they helped tim the most and im sure tims family are ever greatful. if you can find it in yourself or have ever had help from our mate, then dig deep people because every penny raised will go towards helping others in the future.
