Story

Storehouse is anproject run from Community Church Derby, run by volunteers who every Thursday evening come together from all over Derby and beyond to provide an evening meal for the homeless and destitute of out city. On average we serve about 80 people a hot meal and drinks each week and also provide, advice, support, company and hopefully some fun.

Additionally to support improved mental health and recovery whilst people are coming off their dependencies there is a new feeder project called Hooked, where during the summer months we are looking to take some folks fishing to give the a different focus and fellowship to help give them a more possitive alternative to their day to day routine.

All of this work is funded by donations and so your pledge will help with both the week to week storehouse evenings (£150 will cover a weeks worth of food, much less to cover such things as sleeping bags and other everyday needs we give to those who are most in need) and also to support Hooked during this summer.

In order to raise funds I am running the Derby 10km raise on Sunday 15th April 18 yes in 2 days !!

So please donate to bless those who are leas fortunate in our city and in support of Storehouse as we help them navigate life.

Thanks in advance for all who respond, be blessed as you bless others

Thanks again

Tim
