Tim Thompson was an amazing fireman, loving husband, father and grandfather, and a warm, generous, kind and compassionate human being. He was an inspiration to many and his dedication and commitment to helping people, as well as his fun, mischievous and infectious personality will be missed by all that knew and loved him. Tim sadly lost his battle with cancer on the 3rd January 2021

We who worked with him in the Fire Service are aiming to raise money for a memorial in his honour to reflect the high regard he was, and continues to be held in.
