We are a mental health advocacy charity that started this year, I started the charity after my own mental health crisis after severe trauma and suicide attempt and now in recovery decided to focus on making a difference and change in local communities supporting service users in finding support.

Fyer-Hune and I decided that we wanted to do more and have launched a number of campaigns to support mental health in our local Stockport community.

Being an inpatient last year, I met some amazing people who like me were trying to get well.

With this in mind, we decided to create mental health gift bags to drop off at local Mental health hospital patient facilities. This will be FREE of charge for the hospital and patients. Th money that we raise will be to help aid us at creating this gift bags for both females and male which are safe and appropriate for each patients.

The gift bags will have things like, fluffy socks, a writing journal, Christmas pajamas, some affirmation cards etc.
