Yes, it is that time of the year again when I go and get battered and muddy whilst remaining extremely grateful that I am able to take part in ToughMudder, as many people could not have this crazy experience.
Having been inspired by my family and friends that are involved in anything to do with Ataxia and specifically in our case Friedreichs Ataxia, there is nothing that will stop me on the day from completing the course.

I am continuing to raise awareness and support of our Ataxia NW Support Group together with promoting the amazing things that this inspiring group does for others.

A rare neurological condition effecting balance and coordination. This progressive, debilitating condition effects all muscles as the condition progresses. There is sadly no cure.

As a group, we offer support for all members and at our monthly meetings, we have a chance to meet, share experiences and offer practical support.

All money raised will help to fund these meetings and all costs incurred to provide this support to everyone needing it.
