    Story

During the last 21 years, Glossop Wado Kai dojo has rented the local church hall at Saint Mary’s and now rents Saint Mary’s school. We’re a not for profit dojo looking to give our students a better facility to improve the chances of competiton success. Success in local and national competitions is how Ollie and Jay have made their way to completing a profile to meet the requirements of the England squad, as well as having the talent, dedication and respect required for martial arts.

As our funds are regularly depleted by paying for the entry fees for such competitons, we need to raise money to pay for competiton mats for our dojo. This improves the chances of our Glossop athletes performing to the high standards required to win World and European titles.

Both boys are 5-6 weeks away from their first international competiton this year, again putting little Glossop on the map.

It would be fantastic if people could get behind them and their dojo to make it a better facility to train in for all of its members.

    Good luck boys!
