SPECIAL APPEAL! The Tinkers Hill Rescue Centre has, for well over 35 years, been available on call for rescue - 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year - funded principally by Maria herself and her late husband. There is no other regular funding.

Maria works tirelessly, day after day, year after year, putting in incredible time and effort and she is so grateful for the amazing people of Pembrokeshire and beyond who help to support this amazing work - thank you!

Now, we are hoping that folks can help with something really huge! We are going to try to raise enough for some long overdue repair and re-roofing work on the bird flights and enclosures!

If anyone can help, or knows of organisations or businesses who can help, please give, spread the word, raise funds if you can. It would mean so much!

Numbers keep going up and we need to do this work to ensure all these birds have safe , weather proof, secure housing whilst they recover. That cost is over and above the costs for feed, bedding, utilities, vet bills etc.which never stop!
