My nana and dad now both have demnetia and i want too take them on a speical trip to rekindle some memories that have been lost they have both always done so much for me i was adopted and without them both i wouldnt have had a safe happy secure childhood im lucky enough to rember all of this others like my nan and dad cant have i want any money not used to go towards the alzmiers society too help others have there own memory trip
