On May 21st 2017, children from the Under 7’s and Under 9’s football teams will be tackling this year’s Mini Mudder challenge at Belvoir Castle in Nottingham, as part of an event to raise much needed funds for both teams.

The Mini Mudder is a 1 mile obstacle course mud run designed specifically for adventure-seeking kids. The course gives kids the chance to work as a team, get muddy, and experience the thrill of adventure - and not to forget most importantly - to have fun while doing it.

The funds raised will help with the running of the teams, i.e. buying new equipment, all weather training wear, team building events and also cover fees for football tournaments throughout the year, which will help in their continued development of their skills at grassroots level. The teams currently train once a week for 1 hour and we would like to look at increasing this to give them further support and expertise.
