Due to the Boko Haram insurgence in North-Eastern Nigeria, thousands of people have become displaced and are now leaving in makeshift camps around the country. I recently visited some of the camps and it was heart-breaking seeing them walking bare feet under the hot scorching weather of 41 degrees that day. I spent the rest of the holiday with flip flops in the car and stopped to give them out whenever we come across any child without shoes. Please help us to help these families by providing food, clothing, shoes and/or money to buy these items.
