Have you ever wondered what it would be like for your dream to come true at the age of 9?!?
Well that is what it is like for some of the youngest kids that will be attending and recently secured the first ever TLC bid to Varsity’s All Star end of season Summit and World Championship event. (In this sport, it is like the olympics )
This event will be held at Walt Disney World Resort, Florida in April 2023. They secured this bid at a recent Glasgow competition held by Future Cheer, then futher bids at Future Cheer in Bournemouth. They competed against some of the best teams in the country, but these teams really did SHINE!
To see how much this means to these kids all you need to do is watch there performances. Every time they go on that floor the energy, attitude passion and teamwork is beyond belief for the age of some of them. They have so much fun and that is clearly shown throughout. None of that has come easy though. They work tirelessly week in, week out at the gym with the coaches who really know how to get the best out of them. Kerri, Leah, Brodie of TLC and with the help of Matt & Jamie our choreographers from Architects Dance Co, they have made sure these kids are going WORLDWIDE!
Through the hard times of covid these kids still continued to perfect their art over zoom and when safe to do so using the outdoor space to practice.

But…. WE NEED HELP!

We have 39 girls and 1 boy who are willing to work their socks off in and out the gym to make sure they get to America.
The travel to America, accommodation costs, hiring of venues to practice when there, THE COMPETITION ENTRY FEES(they won a bid unfortunately that doesn’t mean we get a free ride), the travel costs to and from venues when in Florida, the outfits all come at a cost and any help is greatly appreciated.
