The six of us - Anna, Lou, Tony, Saul, Jason and Alex - have signed up to run the Royal Park's Half Marathon in London on Sunday Oct 8.

Together we are raising money for 4 charities - the Mental Health Foundation, Macmillan Cancer Support, Great Ormond St Children's Hospital and WWF.

It's a mixed bunch of causes - but we're an appropriately mixed bunch too! Some of us have run half marathons before - some of us have even run FULL marathons before - but for most of us this will be a first. As Alex put it - "before now, the only place I've ever run to was the school tuck shop at morning break."

We'd really appreciate your support, however big or small, and if you're in London on the day... come on down and cheer us on! We'd love to see you and we'll need the encouragement!
