Our communities face enormous challenges.

Whether it's with our physical or mental health and wellbeing, homelessness, barriers to participation in community life or accessing basic goods and services, every day we can see those in our communities who need support.

Thankfully, there are also many people and groups who are working every day to face those challenges head on and make life better for all of us.

At the start of 2025 I made a decision to stop just admiring those making a difference, and do more to support them in what they do. I got in touch with a number of charities - large and small, and each focusing on different communities or issues.

Everything raised will be divided equally between participating charities, all of whom are delivering for our friends, family, colleagues, and neighbours.
