At Together Families CAN, we understand that raising a child with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities can be challenging. Whether the challenge relates to the child’s physical development, associated medical conditions, their cognitive development or their social and communication skills; Together Families CAN, provides funding to try to make life that little bit easier for the child and their family. At Together Families CAN, we recognise that small changes can make a big difference. We can provide funding for specialist equipment/resources*, household appliances, garden equipment, iPads, family days out etc etc
