Story
A Togs Cosy Winter
We are a clothing, equipment and experiences bank providing aid to families and community groups in and around the City of Dundee. Our service is for anyone struggling to afford what we believe is an 'essential' after food and fuel for the healthy development of children pre-birth to 18, Including items for expectant mothers.
Togs to date has given out over 2000 packages and has huge ambition to impact positively on the lives of every baby and child in Dundee and beyond that is suffering from the effects of poverty and inequality.

Our adventure began in April 2015 when Jordan helped one family she worked with who was about to welcome a baby into the world by collecting items that would help this baby have the best start in life possible. She wasn't operating from her kitchen for long as the demand for the service she had dreamed about outgrew her house, a shipping container and then a church hall in the two years that followed. Togs is now a well-used service at home in Dundee City centre, beside many of the organisations it supports.
I don't know what our families would do without your support. (E. Mitchell, Homestart)

Whilst Togs dream to help more children and its charity application takes shape, they have launched a crowdfunding campaign to enable them to carry on with their essential work in this expensive transition. Togs had to take a back seat on outreach and fundraising when we had to find a suitable premises and move, so are now in danger of not being able to keep our volunteers and our kids warm this winter. 10k will allow us to carry on while we investigate our funding options going forward.
I really don't know how to thank you girls enough. You made my worries go away and made sure my daughter had everything she needed for coming home. (Anon, New Mum)
