I'm raising £4,000 so that I can get a van to continue outreaching to those struggling with their mental health. Giving life coaching, walks in nature and to help inspire a lost genteration who think that it’s weak to be open about their struggles.

As you know I use my TikTok platform to speak openly about my life experiences, but I would like to take this further and and enable men to get out in nature with me to talk. Mens suicides rates are drastically higher due to the pre conception that men shouldn’t talk about their feeling and struggles. It’s my mission in my outreach to help lower this number one person at a time. I’m currently doing a men’s mental health course which I hope to be able to use to support my outreach ventures.

Having a van will cut my expenses down dramatically as I won’t need to seek accommodation on my travels.
