In October this year I’ll be taking part in the Chester Marathon, 26.2 painful miles. I’ll be taking part in this marathon to raise money towards ‘Ashby Ward’ at Lincoln hospital. Some of you may know my Dad caught covid in 2020 and was hospitalised until the middle of 2021, he spent most of his time on this ward on critical life care. Through the help of all the doctors and nurses, he is back to living his normal life. I want to give a massive thank you to all the staff on this ward by trying to raise as much money as I can

All the money raised will be going straight to the ward, to help them improve their workplace. Whether it being comforts in the staff room or general equipment they use on a day to day basis. I am doing this to show the appreciation I have towards them for getting my Dad through such an awful time in his life.
