    Story

Tom Gibson sadly passed away on the 13th November. Tom was a lifelong sports fan with a particular passion for Cricket. He played for Dunfermline Cricket Club for many years and was the Club President for two decades. He spent many hours tending to the wicket and housed a number of the Cricket club professionals over the years. By funding a new electronic scoreboard for Dunfermline and Carnegie Cricket Club we hope there will be a permanent memorial to Tom’s contribution and it will enhance the playing experience at McKane. This page has been set up by Tom’s family and will provide an opportunity for Tom’s many friends and colleagues to commemorate his life and communicate support in these lock down times.
