In July this year, the 'Legend' that is Mattie Davies sadly lost his battle with cancer. Mattie would light up every room with his big smile, huge heart and least of all his ability to make everyone belly laugh. It felt like he was a 'Best Friend' to all that had the privilege to meet him and call his friend.
During his two year fight with Non-Hodgkin lymphoma, Mattie spent long spells in and out of hospital, being cared for by the real life angels of the NHS doctors and nurses. His Family and Friends were also there throughout, none more so than his partner Vic, brother Andy and daughter Hannah.
The donations you have provided today will go directly to Maggie's Cancer Support which will enable these organisations to continue its amazing work with the likes of my dear friend Mattie, and their families. See link below for further information about the charity.
