Hi I'm Tom Warburton, In November 2020, I am attempting to become the youngest person to walk to the South Pole solo. This expedition hopes to raise awareness of the environment to young people across the world. Charity is also a large driver behind the attempt. with the expedition raising money for three great charities Help for Heroes, Hire a Hero and Great Ormond Street. Funding an expedition to the South Pole can be one of the largest barriers to an attempt. As part of this we’re launching our “buy a mile”. This will allow you to help me achieve my dream and raise money for charity and awareness of the environment for future generations. For the price of a pint you can own a mile on this expedition. It may be a solo attempt but it’s a community effort. You have the opportunity to be part of this amazing journey.
