Tommy suffers from an extremely rare form of Muscular Dystrophy called Limb Girdle Type 2E.

His muscles have become weaker over time and he now has to use a wheelchair which he finds very uncool and old fashioned. Tommy is nearly 13 and enjoys all things boys do at his age, although he is restricted because of his condition. He never complains even though he has been through so much.

To be able to raise funds to buy him a new electric wheelchair would mean he can still go out with friends, have fun and not worry about how his chair looks to other people. I really think it would make his life better.
