After a team vote, Luke's Lads had a unanimous vote to become Tong's charity of the year for 2021!

Luke's Lads helps those in need who are suffering with mental health. Male suicide is the biggest killer of men under 45 in the UK, with many men suffering in silence when they experience feelings of sadness, loneliness or anxiety. Luke's Lads encourages and supports men to talk about their feelings in an alternative environment.

We will also support Butterflies, the female equivalent of Luke's Lads who's aim is to support women with mental health difficulties.
