    What is crowdfunding?

Crowdfunding is a new type of fundraising where you can raise funds for your own personal cause, even if you're not a registered charity.

The page owner is responsible for the distribution of funds raised.

    Story

Tony Braviner from Wheelock Scouts is raising money to send 10 Scouts from South West Cheshire to the World Scout Jamboree, to be held in North America in 2019.

This year marks the 10th time Tony has run the Great North Run, and this year he is dedicating his fundraising to this cause.

Tony says: 'Please support these fine young people - reaching the Jamboree will help them achieve their full potential, and learn skills that will support the Scouting Movement and their community for years to come.'
