I' m currently volunteering in Greece with hundreds of sick, abused and tortured dogs.

Without being here, it's hard to describe the state of the problem here in Greece. Dogs are commonly shot, poisoned and abused.

Dogs are used as footballs, their bones broken, tied to trees and left to die.

The shelter does an amazing job and relies entirely on donations and volunteers to support the work it does.

Wherever possible, dogs are rehomed but far more arrive every day.

In Messinia as I write and can’t believe the number of stray dogs and the state that some of them are in. It’s a disgrace and very much time for big change. Well done Tony!
