Story

Thanks so much for taking the time to visit this page.

We're raising funds to support The Kelly Hendry School of Irish Dancing, an incredible group of talented young dancers who are working hard towards one of the biggest goals in their dancing careers — competing at the Oireachtas Rince na Cruinne 2026 (World Championships), which will be held in Schaumburg, Illinois, USA.

One of those dancers is Poppy, who made her debut at the 2025 World Championships. She’s now determined to build on that experience by qualifying again through the regional qualifiers and representing her school, her region, and her country on the world stage.

To support this goal, I’ve set myself two personal challenges:

The Great North Run 2025

My first full marathon at Kielder Forest in October 2025

Every penny raised will go directly towards helping cover the substantial costs of travel, accommodation, and competition expenses for Poppy and the team.

Whether it's £1 or £100, every donation makes a genuine difference. If you're not in a position to donate, a share of this page would mean the world to us too.

Thanks so much for your support — let’s get these amazing dancers to the Worlds!
