Having well exceeded the eligible age for the Make-A-Wish foundation's charity, it falls to friends to grant a more indulgent wish out of love for a man who gives us much in friendship. While the prognosis is one of the best, Tony's germinoma will likely require the indignity of cancer's cruder treatments and overcoming it will nonetheless represent a famous victory which should be celebrated accordingly. On the plus side, we always knew he was a bit f**ked in the head and now have proof.

It is likely the gesture will embarrass him but it is certain he wouldn't be able to resist the occasion, health willing. So in the knowledge that should it be impossible, it will have at least provided him some Christmas cheer, I propose opening this cause for donations so that we can hopefully be joined by our friend in a move that will make for a dinner even more momentous than it already promises to be.
