We are a small rambling group located in Mansfield, Nottinghamshire who would like to raise funds for two information boards for a local conservation are,a facilitated by a regional organisation (Maun Conservation Group). These cost approximately £1000 each and will allow the local community to gather information about the beautiful Maun Trail and conservation within the area. To achieve this we intend to walk the classic 'White to Dark Way' in Derbyshire, a gruelling 27.5 mile hike through difficult terrain with steep climbs but taking in some of the countries most breathtaking scenary. This route is usually completed over three days, however we intend to achieve it in two days, unaided, with no professional assistance. Please help raise these valuable funds to enrich the local communities experience of nature and conservation within our region. Thank you.
