TOPCATS Charity supports Children and Young Adults with additional needs. Enriching their lives in a fun and safe environment, Supporting them to achieve their goals. TOPCATS Adult services provides the opportunity to enrol in the 'Life Skills Diploma' while building friendships along the way. The Children's service allows the freedom to play and socialise in an environment that caters for every need. Everyone is included, no one is left out.
