My name is Gianluca Toppi, I wrote my first cook book but my English is not good. An editor ask me about £600 to edit it. At the moment I lost my job because my cancer doesn't let me do hard job. I know that there are many imoprtant situation worse than mine, but a small donation can give me some hope wiht my project.

Can not come back to work in the kitchen now so I decide to realize that I need to find a new salary for me and my family. I'd like start to do some video on youtube to advertise my cook book, but need to edit in a professional way.
This book is a collection of original recipe from Italy that I collected in 3 years from South to North Italy. The recipe are genuine and are pass down from the grandmother to daughter . I'm not a famous or good Chef but just passion for the good food. My dreams is open a small Café/restaurant but that request a lot of money. For now I'd like set up my channel and sell my Cook book .
I need to invest some money in equipment and editing the book.
So please help to realize my last dream , I have never done something like this before and really want do it. Help me to sell this book, please.
I have more ideas also. I d like put in market a new tomato sauce made handed down from my family from the last century, that it can have a good response in England, but this could happen only if I have some support.
